1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a SignalFlow account or placing an order through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Wholesale tenants are responsible for the actions of their sub-users.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Pricing is shown at the time of order. Payment terms for wholesale customers are net-30 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Retail orders are payable on delivery or as indicated on the invoice.
4. Deliveries & Pickups
Delivery windows are estimates. SignalFlow is not liable for delays caused by weather, access issues, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the customer.
5. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
